FryerMiles is delighted to be supporting a leading US Global business in the recruitment of a German-speaking Credit Control & AR Specialist to support invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and issue customer invoices and statements
- Chase overdue balances and manage credit control activities
- Resolve invoice and payment queries
- Process credit notes with approval
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain records
- Allocate and reconcile customer payments
- Support AR reporting and month-end processes
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- 3+ years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
